Important Notice: Upcoming Tariff Changes & Pricing Update
What’s Changing
On May 2, our U.S. Administration will suspend the De Minimis $800 exemption, meaning all imported products coming in the U.S. will be subject to duties and taxes. Current import duties on apparel and jewelry can reach as high as 165%–200%. However, we believe this measure is expected to be temporary, with tariffs potentially decreasing to around 50% in the coming months as negotiations progress.
What Damani Brand Is Doing
- Beginning May 7, we’ll increase existing and new imported product prices by 15%–20%, despite the actual duties being much higher. Damani Brand will absorb the additional tariff costs for now, ensuring our customers won't pay any additional duties or taxes after checkout. However, Damani Brand will continue to monitor the situation and may need to adjust prices again if the tariff remains high.*
- Products shipped from within the U.S. are unaffected, and we’ll continue to expand U.S.-based products with 2-5 business days shipping and tariff-free fulfillment.
What This Means For You
