1. How long are shipping times?
Post Covid-19, your products will ship within 5-7 business days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. 

2. What's your Return policy?
We reserve the right to accept or deny all returns. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: So just tell us know what went wrong, send us pics or snapshots to verify your issue. After our review process is complete, we will notify you of our decision. If your return request has been accepted, we’ll send you return shipping information to return the item to our Return Check Hub. Then, after we receive and inspect your item is in it's original condition, we will issue you a refund in 2-3 business days, minus any shipping costs which are nonrefundable. 

3. What if I don't receive my shipment?
If your order was shipped by never arrives, we will gladly help by contacting us within 10 days after expected delivery. We'll do everything we can to help. Our contact link is located at the footer of our website under Info & Contact.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if your order has not yet been shipped. We cannot cancel an order if it has already been shipped and is in transit to you. Allow your package to be delivered and immediately contact us for a return request. Read over our returns policy located on the bottom footer of our website.Please contact us at for all cancelation inquiries.

5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- defective in craftsmanship, or otherwise doesn't look exactly like what you ordered -- then simply notify us at, send us screenshots of your issue, and we will gladly help you.

6. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll help you to return the item pending review, and help you to order the correct item.
