Return Policy

After processing and shipping any item, we are all at the mercy of the delivery services and carriers who work hard to get all shipments from us to you as soon as possible. We understand that moments like these can be frustrating, but we are here to make sure you receive your delivery. Please await for your delivery to arrive to submit a request for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7 day Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We apologize in advance for any shipping delays.We can not issue refunds while a delivery is in transit to you. 

Dissatisfied with Items

In the event that you aren't 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we do not accept returns on any items packages that have been opened, worn, has health restrictions, and the hang tag removed. Return can only be acceptable if the  products shipped arrives with faulty defects in craftsmanship, material or the wrong item was sent. Please be mindful that although we understand that mistakes happen, we do not accept returns for ordering the incorrect size. Please measure yourself to get your accurate measurements prior to purchase. You can also reach out to us for assistance if you are unsure about and items sizing so that we can help.

To Start a Return

You can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny refunds to sender without prior return approval. 

Postage & Packaging

Postage and packaging charges are not refundable in any circumstances, the cost of return and postage charges of replacements in case of exchange would be paid by the buyer, therefore please select your size carefully to avoid later issues.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, drinks, flowers, or plants), Final sale items (such as opened, worn, torn, and hang tag removed, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as any beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, undergarments, masks, health restrictions or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
